Acceptable use
Sendly is for transactional and business messaging to recipients who expect to hear from you. Impersonating a bank, payment provider, government body or any organisation you do not represent is strictly prohibited.
Prohibited content
Phishing, fraudulent one-time codes, unsolicited marketing and any unlawful content will result in immediate suspension without refund.
Billing
Messages are charged per segment from your wallet. Messages the provider never accepts are refunded automatically.
Suspension
We may suspend accounts that trigger abuse controls or carrier complaints.
